Who is Baron MeshkinI began my profession in 1975 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in USA. To expand my skills I did my training and worked at the Ritz Hotel in Paris where I graduated as an executive chef and received my master diploma in French culinary. While working as a consultant in Hotel & Restaurant sector in Turkey, I prepared and presented several series of TV cooking programmes in ATV, Channel D, Show TV, TGRT, BBC and etc. I have experienced different world cuisines by traveling and working. For the past 11 years I have been sharing my experience by teaching International Gourmet Cooking to people from different ages and professions in Ankara. At the same time I have been giving consultancy to many new opening of Hotels, cafes and Restaurants. From time to time I travel to different cities in Turkey to present my cooking workshops for kitchen ware companies such as Gaggenaue, Siemens and Franke. Now, I say to anyone who is curious about cooking, to roll up their sleeves and learn to cook to discover different and new flavors of world cuisines by joining my workshops. I have being giving Gourmet Cooking Workshops in Ankara under the name of World Cuisine Cooking courses.
Cooking Workshops;In our cooking workshops everything starts from zero. We don't use ready sauces, we make everything fresh. We show different methods to tenderize and marinate our meat. You can learn about all kinds of herbs and spices. You will learn how to make bread, pasta and desserts and after a short while you will be able to create your own dishes with your creavity and my guidance. Sure there will be a price for an education like this. I must tell you, unfortunately after this education you will not be satisfied with every food quality in every Restaurant easily. I'll support you if you have an original, different idea to open your own place in the future.
